The Sephora Spring Sale is here and happening! If you have Rouge (20% off) or VIB status (15% off), you’ve already got access to the sale. For the rest of us who maybe don’t shop at Sephora quite as often, the access to the sale starts Friday and is 10% off. The code is SPRINGSAVE no matter what loyalty level you are at!
I thought I’d share my picks sort of mid-sale so that whatever status you are, you can either shop now or get ready to do so if you see things you’re interested in!
My goal for Spring/Summer is to create an effortless beauty look that is easy, soft and feminine, so that’s what is driving my choices from this season’s sale. I’m also using this time as we stay home as an opportunity to practice with makeup and new tools so that when we are able to get out again, I’ll be feeling pretty and confident (looking for that silver lining every day!).
10 Products I Have & Recommend
Since Sephora carries so many brands and there are SO many options for each product category, I thought I’d start with things I’ve had for while and really like! I’m also going to highlight one from hair, makeup, skincare and tools:
Hair: Olaplex No. 6 Styling Creme // My stylist recommended this to me several months ago and I absolutely love it! I have really thick, naturally wavy hair and this is hydrating, smoothing and makes your hair feel amazing. I’ve also found that it also helps my hair stay smooth on humid days or on vacation in more humid places. It also lasts forever, you hardly need any product to make a big difference (even if you have a ton of hair like I do), so l can’t recommend this one enough!
Makeup: Charlotte Tilbury Darling Eye Shadow Palette // This palette has a really beautiful selection of shades that are sunset-inspired. You can use 1-2 shades to make a super soft and pretty everyday look or add a darker shade and make it a little richer for something different for date night or just because! I got this because it’s on the smaller side and I thought it would be great for travel (eventually!). I think it’s the perfect new palette for spring/summer season.
Skincare: BeautyBio Quench Eye Balm // I’ve almost finished the container of this product that I purchased the day it launched, and I would 100% buy it again. It is incredibly hydrating and thick, so it’s wonderful for daytime to help your under eye concealer apply more smoothly. I don’t really use this one at night, but you absolutely could, especially if you’re a bit on the dry side.
Tools: DryBar Double Shot Dryer Brush // I’ve been meaning to do an entire review post on this product. I bought it for myself for my birthday in November and it’s pretty cool. I wanted to be able to recreate Duchess Kate-like blowouts at home and that’s why I bought it. I still use my regular blow dryer to dry maybe 70% of the way but then will use this to finish. It gives amazingly long-lasting volume at your roots, which is nice and you can definitely create a bouncy blowout! I will still touch up with a curling iron or flat iron at a few spots but this is a super fun hair tool to have!

What I’m Buying At the Sephora Spring Sale
I’m basically using this Sephora sale to fill in a few gaps in my makeup drawer. I did a big clean out last week and then watched a handful of “how to do nude makeup” tutorials from Bobbi Brown (on YouTube and MasterClass) so I’m just filling in a few gaps that I felt would complete that new routine for me.
I’ve been wearing the IT Cosmetics CC Cream (which I still do like) but lately have felt like it has been too heavy for me, so I’ve been wanting to try a different formula. I’m going to try a combination of the Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Stick and the Retouching Pencil. I got the pencil in both Light and Illuminate so I can use them in couple of different ways, especially in my undereye area.
I also wanted to have a cream bronzer for summer that would work well for daytime during the summer and pairing it with a cream blush so I can be consistent with formula. This RMS Beauty Buriti bronzer looks like it gives a glowy, sun kissed finish and I can’t wait to try it!
Finally, I’m trying this Smokey Eye Mascara. I am just almost out of my current mascara so I wanted to try something new!
