You can’t say I didn’t warn you. The romper is here to stay this summer and I really do have a few more I’ll be sharing with you.

Today’s version is more of a dressed up summer romper and it’s one I love for when I have the opportunity to get fancy and head out for a date night or “grown ups night out!”  This oh so cute Sail to Sable number is so easily wearable and the flowy fabric of the shorts and lace detail really make it something that can take the place of a dress when you’re looking to get dressed up. I like the idea of wearing something a little unexpected, but still perfectly occasion-appropriate. I really love the cotton candy pink lace (Not romper ready? Try the dress version) , it’s a little bit outside of my comfort zone but that’s why I picked it. I think it’s the perfect summer party outfit with a pop of color and still super comfortable. 

I’ve also long been a fan of Lisi Lerch so I was excited to get to select a piece of jewelry to finish off this outfit. These Vivi earrings come in a few colors but I thought that the white would be really versatile – and especially good with all of the summer blues I’m wearing lately! I was surprised at how light they are and I know I’ll be wearing them a lot this summer.
