I haven’t done a collage post like this in a while but I’ve been so craving some fall shopping that it inspired me to put this together. These are all items that are in various carts of mine around my favorite shopping spots. I really like it all but certainly wouldn’t be able to order all of it at once! So I thought I’d share some fall outfit inspiration as you all get started shopping for a new season too.
Outfit 1: Clueless-Inspired

My friend Laura posted the “intro” photo at the top of this post on her IG story a few weeks ago and I immediately said “That’s my fall outfit inspiration!” Cut to a few days later and I saw this plaid skirt at Nordstrom and knew I could replicate it pretty closely. It gives me slightly sophisticated Clueless vibes and I think the yellow is such a great color for fall – it’s not one I wear often but I may have to change that! Also as a bag update for the season, I love this top handle bag. It’s black leather with a navy handle, which is a color combo I’m loving. Plus it’s under $75!
Outfit 2: Layerable Look

Now I have the long-sleeved, gown version of this shirtdress, and I absolutely love it! I also have the “original version of this one.” I say original because Morgan at BURU has gone to great lengths to perfect this style dress. They’ve edited to make sure the fit is right, it’s flattering, comfortable and becomes a piece you’ll have in your closet forever! This dress would for sure be one of those pieces, trust me.
You can wear this dress right now when it’s still warm and belt it for a little extra something and then throw on the pullover when things cool down a bit. I am also obsessed with wearing sneakers lately (like over the last year I can’t get enough!) and these glitter ones are SO fun. This could be a great workday outfit (if you’re casual or business casual – or casual Friday), mom day outfit or really just a “feel everyday glam in this dress!” outfit for any reason at all!
Outfit 3: Dressed Up Denim

I have had this top in my cart for at least 2-3 weeks and have honestly been waiting for a good sale to order – and truth be told, I missed one so I’m waiting on another (it’s 30% off today)!
Levi’s jeans are also always my favorite. They fit well, they’re well priced and they have a lot of great styles and washes. I have one pair of Good American jeans that I love, but I almost always look at Levi’s before anywhere else. I’ve been wanting a good pair of mom jeans that is flattering and I’ve seen these on several people so I really want to try them myself.
So…which look is your favorite??
