Happy Monday! We decided to head back from our 4th of July trip a couple of days early to take on the craziness of the week (before we get to traveling again). It was so nice to get away, have a really pretty change of scenery and try and relax a bit. We actually sent the boys to morning camps a few days, so Clint and I were able to get some good workouts in almost every day and even enjoy lunch by ourselves!
The next couple of days will be all about catching up on work, laundry and Jackson starting swim lessons. I’m really hoping that he makes some good progress this summer – because so far, he’s a really terrible swimmer. We’ve been pretty bad about encouraging him to be a good one, so this isn’t much of a surprise. This summer we decided to go for group lessons and hope that the peer pressure of kids his age (and younger) being better swimmers than him will motivate him to improve his skills.
Am I rambling because this dress is sold out and I can’t really tell you much about it? Maybe. I did link a few other similar dresses below. I do, again, have to sing the Mango praises because I’ve been so pleased with the pieces I’ve gotten from their site. What’s crazy is that fall shopping is coming up soon (that damn Nordstrom anniversary sale starts this week)! I’ll be doing some Mango shopping for sure, so stay tuned for some on-trend, budget-friendly buys as the new season swings in!
