David Peck F/W 2013 Presentation

Tuesday, February 19, 2013

On Saturday I had the opportunity to view the David Peck CrOp Fall/Winter 2013 collection. David Peck is one of my favorite designers (which I'm sure you've gathered if you've been reading for awhile) and I've felt like his collections have gotten better every season. I'm pretty in love with what he has out there for Spring, but the F/W presentation was stunning. The collection is inspired by David's love of classic cinema and the prints, patterns and textures are feminine, elegant and wearable - think suiting separates, dresses for day and night and pretty patterned separates.

Chevron textured faux fur, the trademark pretty prints and gorgeous gowns that are just making me want to find excuses to get dressed up (send them my way if you have them). My photography skills do not do this gorgeous collection justice by any means, but I've seriously got my eye on the beautiful peacock blue gown with velvet dots (which also comes in a blouse), the mink faux fur top and an insanely cool faux fur trimmed bomber jacket (which I'll post a photo of on Facebook as soon as I can find one!)

So, I did mention Spring and let's talk a little more about that - since you can get it in stores and online now! With maps, fish and flowers, the prints are my favorite yet and the color blocking is really bold and beautiful - which you can see in the dress I wore to the Kendra Scott Shopping party I hosted a few weeks ago (here). Shop the whole collection here.
