Easy Weeknight Dinner

I first learned about Confetti System from reading Cupcakes & Cashmere (a daily must-read!) and I love their products. I'm thinking I need for the neutral and silver one for somewhere in the new house.

We do our laundry the way our mom does, separating just about all colors, washing things on delicate, drying low and air drying to finish. It is a much longer process that is probably necessary, but after spending so much money on clothes, we want them to last and look as good as they can for as long as possible.
The Laundress provides lots of options for laundry fanatics like us. A few things we love are their Denim Wash, Swimwear Care wash, Signature Detergent (also comes unscented), Sport Spray and Ironing Water.
Another option, if you're a fan of the brands at the store are Tide Total Care and Downy Free and Sensitive (an unscented fave).

This color melting look is taking effortless beauty to a whole other level. Not only is it easier on your hair but it is less maintenance. There are different levels of color melting.... you can do something very subtle that is only a few shades darker to lighter OR you can go from very dark to very light. If you do decide to partake in this trend make sure to let your hair stylist know how drastic you would like your levels to be!

I'm On a Boat
My husband and I are planning a trip to my parents' lake house at the end of August and I'm already thinking ahead for what I need to pack. One obvious thing missing was boat shoes to wear out on the new boat. I picked up these Sebago Bala loafers (also seen on Kate Middleton) and they just arrived. They're really cute on and I'm positive they'll go with a lot of different "up north" outfits.
