Hazelnut and Turkey-Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms. This is a healthier version of stuffed mushrooms from wholeliving.com. It has so much flavor and an added crunch from the hazelnuts..... AND it's super easy! Instead of the white button mushrooms I used the smaller portobello. I also didn't use the stems of the mushrooms like the recipe calls for (it tends to be tough) so I chopped up one of the portobello tops instead. This is a nice weeknight meal that you can also make ahead and bake them when you are ready to eat. Check out wholeliving.com for more recipe ideas.
